EXECUTIVE COACHING

This is a triangular relationship where the coach has two clients (the person being coached and his/her company).  The definition of the desired outcomes for the coaching assignment must be solidified at the onset.  The length of the coaching assignment is on average 3-6 month for a total of 12-20hrs.

The Approach

  • Transition Coaching – for executives who are transitioning (or will soon be transitioning) into a new role within their organization. The new role often comprises more complex situations for the individual (matrix management, additional responsibility, global/regional perspective, working with other cultures, etc.)
  • Integration Coaching – for executives who are new to their organization. These executives must balance their lack of knowledge/culture of the new organization with the wealth of “external” experience they bring with them for a successful integration.
  • Developmental Coaching – for executives who have been identified as “future potentials” and must develop in some specific behaviors to ensure their continued success in the organization. This may be to get them ready for a promotion, foreign assignment or important project.
